Repentance and the Kingdom

From the first public words of Jesus, the gospel is not a suggestion. It is a summons: Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Repentance is not a mood. It is a change of government in the soul. A man may feel sorry and remain on the throne of his own life. The Kingdom asks for the inner chair.

The Lamb Nation is a house that calls men to become sons, under the rule of Christ. Today, yield the inner throne. Let the King speak, and then do what He says.
